Inmaculada is part of the Conveyancing Department at Málaga Solicitors.

She holds a Law degree and has over 21 years of experience attending property sale and mortgage completions before notaries as an authorised representative for several banks.

At Málaga Solicitors, she is responsible for processing the transactions completed by the firm’s lawyers, managing the administrative and post-completion procedures involved in property purchases and sales. Her work includes taxes, Land Registry and Cadastre matters, utility changes, Form 211 and other essential legal and administrative steps.
